Curly parsley is one of two types of parsley that we offer (the other is flat or Italian parsley). Curly parsley is preferred by some because of its more decorative appearance in garnishing.
Both types of parsley are hand-bunched in the fields, then sent to the cooler where liquid ice is injected into the cartons. This serves both to cool the product and to maintain the moisture in this fast-drying herb.
We also offer iceless parsley as well.
